Texas Chili Massacre
Ingredients
- 1lb ground meat (long pig or other dark meat. if grinding the meat yourself, remember to remove all extra objects like jewelry)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 chopped green hell pepper
- 2 cloves minced garlic (exclude ingredient if you are of the undead persuasion)
- 2 16oz cans of whole killer tomatoes, cut up (get'em before they get you)
- 2 16oz cans of fava beans marinated in a fine chiati for 2 hours
- 1/2tsp of crushed dried basil (if basil resists, force may be necessary)
- 3tsp of chili powder
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- add tobasco as desired to taste
Directions
In a large saucepan or cauldron cook the meat of your choice (Jeffrey's Best Brand is recommended) until meat is browned. Stir in undrained killer tomatoes, fava beans, & spices. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
